Ok - so yesterday didn't happen in the workout scheme of things

Today however yielded a nice surprise - 2 CIRCUITS!!!!!

Pressups, lunges, squats, Vertical row, chair-low, sit ups - x10, step ups x17.

WOOTAGE!!!!!

Now, to keep that pace until I feel I can do 12 per circuit.
