Prince Caspian
Jun. 19th, 2008 05:10 pmSo I've finally seen it. And my opinion is that while it is indeed worth seeing, don't watch it if you think it's going to be true to the books.
Basically, it's been Harry Pottered - basic plot still the same, storyline altered for more dramatic effect.
Reepicheep! Perfectly done!
The Fight between Miraz and Peter - Also very well done and a good character study of Peter, Caspian and Miraz, and the adaptation of the death of Miraz was also quite workable.
But the book and movie have to be thought of in different arena's and as such, stating that "one is better than the other" is unwise.
Enjoy it!

Beowolf.
And no punches being pulled by the looks of it.
Plus, anything with Sir Anthony is going to be good, and written by written by Neil Gaiman and Roger Avery with Robert Zemeckis as director - it's going to be interesting.
It's a must see for me.
