I have a flat!

I'm going to be moving from my parents place in Pukekohe to George St in the city. Several advantages here.
1/ closer to uni, I can save on travel costs by walking.
2/ sets me closer to work so getting to travel is easier.
Of course, I lose the use of Mum's car and have to start paying rent, but I'd have been paying that in petrol fees. the expenses added on hopefully will be covered by the student allowance.
So - all systems seem to be go!
